Need counsel

I'm at the auto repair shop. I had lunch and its pushed my breakfast down my digestive tract to the point that I need to have it disembark from my human waste portal.
The problem is that the restroom in the waiting room is right next to the majority of the seating and there are 4 people sitting there.
Do I go in and let "the thunder roll" and give them something to talk about when they leave or do I try to disguise the anguish of my bowels by turning on the water and any other noise distraction that may be at my disposal?
Please advise.
