I have been at this seriously just over 2 weeks. I have lost 12 pounds. I know that is extreme, but when you consider I have 128 to lose, not THAT drastic to start.

Let me tell you about my weekend....

Friday - Under my calories + walked 3 miles
Saturday - Under my calories + walked 4.4 miles
Sunday - 100 calories over and an emotional wreck. Drank 2 cans of DIET soda, literally 4 fried shrimp!

Today I am UP 3 pounds!!

I had a rough day yesterday, emotionally. Just what most of us gals would think of as hormonal (But it wasn't hormonal). I just felt blah, and stayed in bed a few hours so I wouldn't eat. Friends came over for supper. The guys wanted fried shrimp. I insisted on some being cooked in a dry skillet (so I would have some) I ate 4 small fried shrimp and went back to my shrimp and fresh veggies.

Why would I be UP 3 pounds today??? This is where I would normally throw in the towel!

those are not real pounds ...you cannot gain 3 lbs with 100 calories...however you may be retaining water, so drink up the h2o and weigh in again in a few days...

I've seen many people drop bunches of weight on the "Divorce Diet". So I would say that there is some correlation there.

I agree with kelsully, drink water and re-weigh in a few days :)

water water water! Your weight will flux all week. Try to pick 1 day and weigh on that day so you don't get discouraged. I tried weighing every day and when I'd go up a couple pounds it would ruin my whole day. But when I look back I always lost weight for the week. Also don't beat yourself up over a few treats. We all deserve to indulge now and then! If we don't how could working so hard be worth it!! Keep up the good spirits and the great work!
