How do I log 30DS?

I just started to do the 30DS today? How do I log it in my excercise journal? Should I log it at all??

I log mine as circuit training general.0

Always log anything you do even weight lifting so you can keep track of all your exercises. I log 30DS as circuit training.

I log it as "30-Day Shred" and use the calories burned from my HRM.0

I log it as circuit training and log both the warm-up and the exercises (but not the cool down), so it's roughly 25-26 minutes depending on the level.0

How much do you think you would burn for 20 min D1L1 because the circuit training says 294? Do you think that is right about? I need a HRM so bad!0
