Food Intolerances

I eat basically the same thing day after day, I actually prefer it this way. For me it cuts back on the other cravings because my mind doesn't wander to what I "could" have. But recently I have been having a lot of gastrointestinal problems, stomach cramps, excessive belching, Montezuma's Revenge. The doctor told me that everything looked ok, checked for an ulcer, gallstones, and allergies. He said that it most likely is a sensitivity to something I ate.
As I said, I've been eating basically the same thing for the last month, and it's pretty much the same things that I had ate on my last go around, but this just popped up in the last week. I was just wondering if anyone else had this happen to them.
Oh, by the way, I've gotten it narrowed down to the dried goji berries or the pistachios. So hopefully in a couple days I'll be back to normal.

i think sometimes you will have a certain tolerance limit to foods. I can eat a small amount of cruciferous vegies in a meal, if I eat too many (or not cook them enough) I experience gut issues....if you eat the same thing every day, you might build up a certain amount of whatever it is that gives you issues.
I don't think theres anything wrong eating the same thing every day, as long as you make sure you have a range of nutrients (macro and micro)0 -

Others have said what I was going to say - take each food out one by one for a week or two and keep track of symptoms. Then, reintroduce over the course of a week or so and see what happens.
I'd probably take out the goji berries, personally. They are in the nightshade family, and that's known to cause problems. I, for one, can't eat them every day without paying for it.0
