Starting again need a great workout

I've started my battle with fighting off my too much sugar, carb overloading and lack of energy.
Using MFP and Keto//OS
One week in and I'm down 3.8 lbs.
A half an inch to inch on my measurements.
Anyone have a favourite workout?

I love doing pop pilates (I follow her calendars, but I do them slower so I can have more rest days). It offers challenging moves and you can do it right at home too.1

Zumba. I. Love. It. So fun and plenty of free videos on YouTube for it. I lost about 8 pounds doing that with better eating.1

Fitnessblender on YouTube is great too for variety. I also own many workouts through beachbody.com
