Hello Everyone.

Top notch to see a community on here thumbs up to you all. I'm new so here's my story as such. So I just turned 36 started the 1200 cal Monday tbh it's been a little less 1000ish and my weight was Monday St18 2.6lb with a end goal of St15 7lb plan then is to hit the gym once again and get back into body building as I always have been big.

Anyways to much Drinking partying drinking would do it and get me to this stage, so it's a long road ahead of me to go. Been watching my eating obviously keeping away from the dreaded beer, walking for a few miles and as of today I'm down to St17 9.2

That's my introduction just about over here, so curious is anyone else walking a similar path
Or have similar situations. Be good to hear from you.

Best of luck to you all on your journeys..

Hi John, awesome stuff! I've only just started my journey to a lighter and healthier me, and stumbled into the forum page.

    Keep up the great work!

Same as you I think - lose excess weight and get fit in the process. I signed up with a PT on Thursday and she recommended this app

    Great stuff

If your committed you will start seeing a change in yourself very soon, hunger fades and it's quite surprising how quick your body can change.

    Keep the faith.
