Electrolytes - What's the Best One?

Gaterade and such is expensive. Otherwise, perhaps I'd get the low-sugar one. But the other day at the grocery store, SoBe and Powerade was on sale for $1 each, so I got a few.

Which is the best for you though? There are so many out there, and reading the labels, they all seem to be pretty much the same. I actually got the SoBe b/c it seemed to have more vitaimins than Powerade.

What do you guys use?

    When I started running the physio who trained us adviced to stay clear of them and just drink water. Forgot all the science behind it but basically most people who drink it don't need it whatsoever and just up their sugar intake. Then again, you might be one of those hard core athletes who run for hours, in which case it might make sense.
