New to the community

Hi everyone, I been working at this for a couple months now. I have been heavy most of my life, shortly after my 41st bday I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. My heaviest couple months ago was 280. I am down to 245. My goal is 190. I could definitely use some motivation, as the lbs drop slower with the same effort could use the fire to push harder. Thanks for reading. Feel free to add.
