Jake in England Needing Help & Tips PLEASE

I currently weigh 15st/7lbs or 217lbs which for 5ft7 is obese I would like to get to my goal weight of 9st/126lbs I walk a min of 30 mins a day & I'm sticking to my calorie allowance & not consuming calories earned exercising is this acceptable? I would deeply appreciate any tips you can share as I start this long journey x

    i m 5.7 n was 210ibs. now i m 171 n my goal is 165. i started running n weight training n cut out most processed foods n simple carbs. if u just keep track of calorie deficit daily n exercise n u will get there! if u get hungry just eat tons of vegetables. theres no miracle but its not that hard with this app n result is guarantee if u keep eating at calorie deficit. good luck!

    Lol nhs guidelines say 8st 6lb is the lowest I'd be happy to get to 10st tbh
