I'm in the final stages of my university degree which means I have ALOT of studying to do with little time (typical student leaving it until last minute). this has lead to some all-nighters (36+ hours awake), like tonight. The question is when can I start eating tomorrows calories? and do i need to eat more calories to compensate not resting?

It's about the total calories for the week. So you can eat them anytime as long as you hit your weekly calories number.

Haha, not helpful but I remember this so well and I made some appalling decisions! Super strong coffee with sugar, cereal and milk, toast and butter, cigarettes, pro plus... bad times for the waistline and my guts.

    Good luck!

Oh wow, don't miss those days! I say fuel your studies (preferably not like I did with every kind of junk under the sun) and worry about your deficit again after finals are over. Good luck!
