Hi I am trying to lose weight actually 60 pounds. If you have any tips please do share.

    I don't have any tips as I've only just started myself a week ago. Actually, the only one I can give is to take each day one at a time. There are times when I have wanted to just go grab a bit of chocolate and I've had to talk myself out of it. I'll grab a bit of fruit or raw veg like some cucumber or tomato instead.

    Be sure to keep the calories consumed under what you are allowed. Make sure you are doing some sort of aerobic activity most days.
