Hey, everyone!

I'm transitioning from a Vegetarian to a vegan diet, but I'm also trying to incorporate more protein so I can get rid of some of my squishiness (I workout pretty regularly). I don't count macros, but I do try and make good, conscious choices. If anyone has any good high protein recipes or an open diary, feel free to add me (my diary is open as well).

Thanks!

if you have fat to lose high protein is not going to cause more fat loss. fat is lost in a deficit. more protein will prevent some loss of lean mass especially if you do resistance/weight training while in a deficit.

I make Seitan from scratch- I use the recipe from Veganomicon. You'll only lose weight on a deficit but upping your protein macro might help keep you fuller longer. I eat more fats too. I use vega protein powder as well as a snack.
