Hello, folks! I'm 63, working on my last 10+ pounds. Started at 201 4 years ago, got down to 120, then backslid a bit. When I hit 140 again (going the wrong direction!), I recommitted to my original goal.
The older I get, the harder it becomes to get those last 10 or 20 lbs off!
I am a firm believer in organic gardening & I'm considering getting 5 or 6 laying hens again. I love fresh, pasture-raised eggs!
We live on a small plot of land in an unincorporated area, so I can have my garden, chickens, mini horses & cats.
