    Today is my last day of my 5 Day Cleanse and then I embark on the 10 Day Chalkenge of maintaining a vegan lifestyle with 70% raw, no caffeine or alcohol. It's actually the 10 Day gig that's the hardest. But glad I detoxed the last five days... my weight is actually moving now! Yay!
