Hello!

Do you want to join in a group journey to lose 15 pounds over the next 8 weeks; May 7 through July 2?

Me; 54. 5’5” 130 lbs… completely exhausted and I haven’t exercised in long time. This should be interesting, from past experience when I do exercise I lose weight and my energy levels increase tremendously.

    Hi Mustang5003! I haven't truly started exercising yet, Im watching all my calories by using the application on here, needless to say I am shocked at what I was eating the first day! By the third day I brought it into line and my body is screaming at me "You're starving me!" LOL... probably because Im craving junk food... :)
