    Hoping to lose about 15lbs by the end of the month! I'm going on vacation, so it would be nice to start that vacation on a positive note. So, GW by 5/31/17 is 236.3

    This week my husband has been gone a majority of it (missing him and busy week with the kids) and it's....lady time. I think or hope I am retaining a lot of water. The scale isn't budging despite working my tail off and showing extreme restraint on crazy cravings. I'm hoping next week there is a larger change 1.5/2 pounds or my goal is probably not going to happen for the month.

    I screwed up last time and had my weights switched around. I had lost 2 pounds. My goal changed. I could not keep up with doing the 30DS video with the cardio I am doing, mainly because the only time I could do it was at night/so I was working out two different times in a day. It was too much. Until I have lost some more fat/hit my goal I have backed off on adding strength, at least for now.
