Working the arms

Trying to get leaner not necessarily any bigger just leaner...I've been the same weight for weeks...what do I do next...?

    I'm not sure what working the arms has to do with getting leaner...you just need to be in a calorie deficit.

    First off you look great already, congrats.
    Second raise the weight a little every week or so. Your not going to get "bulky".. takes way more effort than people realize especially for women. As toad mentioned above cut calorie intake just a little bit.

    Weighted chin-ups & dips.

    bench, overhead press, row (chinup/ pullup / dips)

    Calorie deficit... but after evaluating with a dexa scan to stay safe.

    Leaner and not bigger, hmmm... Eat at a deficit.

    Eating in a deficit is the only thing that will make fat go away.

    Any resistant training that involves progressive overload will assist in retaining muscle while losing fat. Your arms won't magically get bigger from exercise while in a deficit.
