Hi my name is Jenni and I live in Palmer in SA. I have come to a stage I need to try and lose weight so seen this and thought I would try it.
I would like to lose about 13 kilo's. I have a few health problems which doesn't help as I can't exercise the way I want to. I have a crosstrainer but I have problems with my arms and shoulders so I don't think I can use the arm levers.... Also I am in a rut and I need to do something.... Cheers

    Hi Jenni... so glad you joined up. Welcome dear one! All of us have a starting place. I'm sorry to hear about the health challenges. I am finding that consistency is key so though you can't do what you'd like right now, doing something consistently is going to be huge win.     I run now but you can do a lot of good getting out and walking. I thought that I couldn't run because I would get knee pain so I walked. The walking transitioned into short runs and now I run 25 miles a week. Using a calorie deficit here on MFP should give you the results you are after. The exercise helps things along and contributes to overall fitness. Good luck!
