Progress from January until Now (May)

This is me so far. As you can see I still have a long way to go! The first picture was about 173lbs and I am now at 149. I'm short about 5'2-3ish. I still have a long way to go and a lot of body fat but I'm working as hard as I can everyday.

@ThatLadyFromMN I have started heavy lifting this year! I am also tracking macros with a coach (current: Protein: 115 Carbs: 240 Fat: 50 Fiber 35 or more Calories @1830)
I am also a vegan so far it's been pretty easy but just very slow going but that's just how weight loss goes.0 -
