Goal!

I have a new goal in mind for weight loss. I want to get rid of my fat, so that when I sit down, my stomach doesn't expand, making my pants not fit the way they do when I am standing. I own pants that are too big around my belly when i am standing, but when I ait, they are way too tight. I don't even have a big belly for my weight (I am very hourglass shaped). I have lost a lot of inches and gone down a size in pants, but I am ready to get rid of the belly fat, so I can show off my abs, which are hiding underneath, and not have the sitting down rolls. Who's with me??

Im with you!! It feels like the 'belly' will always be there though no matter how thin I feel! Very frustrating...better up the abs workouts!0

I have the same problem. My stomach is quite flat but when I site my pans are very unconfortable. I'm actually fit because I go to weight classes 3 times a week but all my muscle in hidden below my fat.
16 LBS to go and that should do it.
Good luck0
