I am 5ft 187.3 female with little to no activity. Calorie king says I should eat 1600-1800 to lose. How is this possible? How much should I eat?

how much are you trying to lose is a better question?0 -
Sounds wrong. I am 5'10" and 185lb and I need to eat 1430 to lose weight.0

I'm 5'1 and 186, currently losing weight (down 12 lbs in just over a month). I'm about 1500 calories per day, and unfortunately my lifestyle is pretty sedentary (not by choice--my job just keeps me tied to a desk). I do work out now about 30-40 minutes about 5 days per week). Not sure it helps, but I hope it points you in the right direction.0

Double check your data entry, Calorie King recommends you eat 1300-1500 calories for 1-2lbs loss a week. That's for 'light' activity level.0
