Hitting that week 3 slump

So annoyed. I've struggled all weeekend and had a pretty mediocre Monday food-wise. Calories are on target but food was *kitten*. Like, white toast and butter for dinner. 300 calories and I could have had a whole big bowl of the healthy prepped food in my fridge. But man I love toast. Anyway- I'm also trying to not get slayed by cravings to eat at night. My mouth starts to water as soon as my head hits the pillow. I am down 5 lbs in two weeks though and am hopeful that if I have a good rest of the week I will inch down a few grams. Happy Monday!

It's good you're keeping to your calories! Sometimes you don't feel like being "good" and eating the right things, but by sticking to your calories, you're not doing any harm. It does matter only insofar as if what you're eating is not filling or satisfying it will leave you hungry. Booo. In that case, what I would do is drink a full glass of water, and eat a cup of strawberries. That's only 45 calories in addition, and you can walk those off tomorrow. Keep your chin up and remember, this is NOT a diet, it is a new way of living!
