This thread is one in which a new fitness and dietary challenge is posted each week. The challenges begin on Monday. Lets keep this rolling!

Here are the challenges/format to post for this week: (ANY one can join in at ANY time!)

FITNESS CHALLENGE:
Complete 140 squats this week. That’s an average of 20 squats a day (does not have to be consecutive).

DIETARY CHALLENGE:
Drink 80 oz of water a day
__________________________________________________________________________________________

Here is the format to post your updates and track your progress: (can be copy/pasted to post daily, weekly, whenever!)

MON – Squats: ## ~ OZ of water = #
TUES – Squatss: ## ~OZ of water = #
WED – Squats: ## ~ OZ of water = #
THU –Squats: ## ~ OZ of water = #
FRI – Squats: ## ~ OZ of water = #
SAT – Squats: ## ~ OZ of water = #
SUN –Squats: ## ~ OZ of water= #

Total Squats: #/140
Total Days of 80 oz of water: #/7

You can do this with or without weights. The key thing to squats is make sure your knees do not go over your toes.

    I was unable to complete the challenge last week due to some medical issues that kept me from being able to do any exercise for a few days, but I'm back on track and going to give it another go this week. Squats I can handle.... 80 oz. of water not so much. I will be really pleased with myself if i get in 64 a day. Good luck this week everyone! :drinker:

    AMEN!!!!! But count me in for this. I don't know which will be the bigger challenge, the squats or the water.

    I've never done one of these challenges, but I would love to start to keep my workouts/weight loss fresh! I'm in! Do I need to do anything other than posting to this forum?

    I'm in! Burpies kicked me *kitten* last week but I should do much better with this week's challenge. That being said, it is already 2:40 p.m here and I have not had 1 glass of water. I had better get drinking!
