Anyone lose on Latuda?

I'm taking 10mg escitalopram and 40mg Latuda. I've just started back counting calories and working out. Anyone lose on Latuda? I need to lose 65-75 pounds.

    Yep. My husband has been losing weight while on latuda (100mg) with no issues. It's all about CICO!

    I took Latuda (auto correct keeps changing this word to Latina lol) for all of two days. I had such horrible side effects. At one point I couldn't even get off the floor I was so dizzy.

    Now I'm on lithium which many sweet causes weight gain. I still lost weight when I'm in a calorie deficit. Other user was right, it's all about CICO.
