I feel successful, although I am not yet to my newly revised GW. When I started in Jan 2nd I wasn't even sure if getting back to the 130s was possible. I felt horrible mentally and physically. I am 5' 2.5, 34 years old, I've had 3 kiddos(7,5,2 years old). Today I weigh 136 lbs. my goal weight is now 120. I KNOW I can do this. I just wanted to share because I'm just so excited. I am BURSTING with energy and new confidence. I just feel so great The picture with santa is the only photo I have at my starting weight of 183 lbs. I wish I had forced myself to take the first progress picture in January but I couldn't face the camera. And I was so afraid of jinxing myself. I was avoiding the camera at all cost. The family picture is from September when I was at 175.

Huge milestone for me! I'm so excited I could scream!!! Single digit pant size! From a 24 to an 8! I tried on a 12, then 10 then When it was still too loose, I literally ran out of the dressing room barefoot to get an 8! I'm beyond excited and I figure you all would understand my excitement and a feeling that I'm finally beating my demons!
This is amazing! I'm so proud of you, this post actually made me smile real wide! Congratulations
Tears of joy...

I still have so much farther to go, but it has given me happiness to see all these successful people. You're all an inspiration to me.

Started using MFP: 190 lbs. (on 5/3/2014)

Current: 145 lbs. (first hit on 3/31/2016, 144.2 lbs. this morning 5/4/2017)
Now, I'm just maintaining.69 -
This is an awesome thread! I started loosing weight in 2010 when my other half proposed. By our wedding in 2012, I had lost 2.5 stone. I gained a lot of weight when I had my son in January 2016 and now he is starting to breastfeed less, I've steadily been gaining weight for the last 6 months.
This thread has really inspired me -

CW 10 stone 4 lb / 144lb (May 2017)
GW 9 stone / 126lb

SW 300
GW 170

Age 50
Took 2 years to lose 130 lbs.
I hit my goal weight and have gone to maintenance now. But I think I could lose a little more around the stomach and thighs--so might get back to it, or just see what I can get done through the gym with tightening things up a bit. I'm dealing with a lot of loose skin, too-so just not sure how much can be done in those areas.
