It gets easier with time.
Couple things though.- Don't try to do everything at once and live a 'perfect' healthy life
- Do continue to make small, repeatable changes that you can stick with
- Build on success of those small changes with more or bigger changes
- Realize it is not a race to some goal, but a new life you live

Don't over think it. Keep it simple. Figure out your nutrition goals and try your best to adhere to them. There's no hard and fast rule as when you need to eat. As long as you hit your marks and don't over or under eat. Hitting your protein/carb/fat allotments. It all becomes pretty easy after a little tweaking your routine.1
