I need some advice about what exercises to do(and actually work) to tone up my calves, thighs, arms & stomach.
I'm currently doing squats, leg lifts, trying to do pushups, beginning on a few others.

  • someone suggested standing on the edge of a step about midway and just raising and lowering yourself.

I am sure it is a great way, but honestly, I think (thanks to my dad) skinny guy big calves I inherited his Calves. Now if there is a way to slim down legs I would love to hear.

I'm up for trying almost anything!

I do that but without the step.
I have to start taking pictures every week b/c I cannot tell the difference in any part of my body.

Squats and lunges are always great for legs.

You might want to use this site to get ideas for the areas you're targeting to tone on your body:

  • I really great thing for the saddle bags:

Go on all fours. Choose one leg - keeping it in the same form - and raise it towards your shoulder, then go back to start position but never lower your knee to the ground, and push out behind you. You leg should curl around your butt behind you. Do each side 10x slowly and you will feel it in a few hours so you'll know it is working. Remember not to touch the ground with the leg you're working out.
