I am 43 year old woman. Tried this program last year and dropped 10 lbs but have since put half back on and sporadically track. It is time to be more consistant, I would like to lower my body fat and increase my flexibility. I currently attend a local gym 4 days a week and work with a PT once a week. For me, the problem is falling off the wagon with my nutrition and staying on track.

Same here I always get started and then fall off the wagon! Joined MFP to find some great friends on the same journey so we can keep each other motivated and accountable!0
