Use the food search here and search for salmon. It will list a LOT of different salmon entries, some with and without skin, maybe you can do a comparison to figure out just the skin, but it will be pretty rough.

Do you eat the skin by itself too? I love crispy salmon skin. I wish they sold in bags like pork rinds.

I eat hot smoked salmon several times a week, but I really can't stand the skin, I peel it off and throw it in the bin. Funny when I cook salmon I always make it with a beautiful crispy skin also, and then proceed to leave the skin on my plate.

No salmon skin for me! I love chicken skin, though.

Ergh! I hate the skin of salmon or chicken, I also don't eat pork scratchings! I have a feeling that the skin does absorb a lot of fat, which is why lots of recipes recommend removing it.
