Well I joined this app back in 2012 And lost the 42lb that I wanted too and yes I'm back

    My third time back Mark, and this time I'm really working on mastering maintenance. After 12 pounds down I've been maintaining for two months. I'm getting the hang of it. Will work on the last ten pounds in a month or so. I won't be leaving this site any time soon - if ever.

    That's great news keep up the fantastic work you are doing. I am talking it a lot more serious this time around and will be staying here also so I don't slip back again
