What's the obsession with the person above?

Almost every other chat is about person above :/ .....must be a game that is played only in the US cause I've never heard of it in the UK....i don't get it! Is it about the person that comments before you or the person that has set up the chat?

    I don't think it's specific to a country, I think it's just a forum thing. I'd never heard of it either until I accidentally forumed one day.
