I know I shouldn't be complaining but I'm lucky to eat my breakfast all natural smoothie and Thrive Lifestyle Mix drink in the morning and maybe dinner. I know it's not super healthy but I can't seem to make myself eat??? Any suggestions?

    Any suggestions?

My suggestion is simple. Eat anyway. With a plan. While tracking your intake.

You could take vitamin B12 supplements? I had the same problem with a huge loss of appetite, and taking B12 helped increase it.

It's not healthy at all. Its dangerously unhealthy. You're inviting a host of health probs from anemia to fatigue to hair loss to muscle loss, do i need to go on? If you can't eat more on your own will see doctor asap.
Try eating more calorie dense food like nuts, pb, Avocado, olive oil etc.
