Hey everyone! i just finished my first week. I exercised alot and ate pretty strictly! so far so good!

That's great! And it's not so unusual for people to lose bigger amounts in the beginning. Just don't expect to sustain 9 lbs a week. Don't let it discourage you if you don't. And if there's one thing I've learned, some weeks, you won't lose anything. Just keep at it. And it WILL come off. You can do it!0

I just finished my second week... i lost 7 lbs the first week and 3 last week... i guess there can be big variances weekly but 10 lbs in two weeks is pretty good....I feel your happiness0

Great job! I lost 2.5 pounds my first week, and .5 a pound my second (slipped up at the end because of all the family functions and crazy work schedule). Keep it up!0
