insanity/ knee question

Insanity peeps: how hard on the knees is the cardio cor and balance (or whatever its called) i am startign that week today and have pain in my knee this am

That is the recovery week workout so it's less taxing on the kneess than all the others. I had knee pain a little when I first did insanity but they eventually got used to all the jumping. Make sure you are landing softly with knees bent.0

Cardio Core and Balance has very minimal jumping...you do some squat/lunges but should be fairly light on your knees...0

good they need the break, been having some minor pain this last week of it, today the worse.
and myabe i have lost enough in my thighs to wear one of my braces next week if needed.
now excuse me i neesd to go b***ch slap my keyboard0 -
it's not too bad... my knees were sore the ENTIRE insanity 60 day workout period. i had to brace myself to even sit on the toilet. LOL. but i did love it.... it's just such an amazing hard core workout.0

the funny thing was when i started i was worried about my left knee as i injured it pretty bad 2 years ago, oddly enough though both knees hurt some, its my right one thats worse0
