I need to find some healthy lunch and snack ideas that are healthy and low in sodium....anyone have any ideas?

fresh fruits and veggies for a snack. egg white omlette with your choice of veggies added. Avoid soups if you want low sodium.0

Snack ideas:
1) Pretzel crisps with hummus.
2) Fat-free yogurt and fruit.
3) A handful of almonds.
4) Carrots and fat-free ranch dip.
5) A piece of toast with low-sugar jam.
Lunch ideas:
1) A big veggie salad with low-sodium deli meats and cheese on top with a light dressing.
2) A peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a glass of milk and an apple.
3) A grilled cheese sandwich made with low-calorie bread and reduced fat cheese.
4) A fruit smoothie with protein powder.
5) An egg white omelette with vegetables and cheese.0 -

i use to make tuna and green beans i would marinate the green beans in italian dressing i would put the tuna in a container and green beans in there too and put a ice pack in a insulated bag and took it to work it was so yummy and filling0

Lunch idea: Turkey breast is very lo-cal and a great source of protein. 75Grams of Turkey breast will make a very satisfying sandwich and has just 60-70 calories - especially if you get extra lean.0

Sandwiches aren't too bad if you get low sodium bread, or even if you get normal low-cal bread really. I can make a pretty filling sandwich/pita for about 500 sodium and 400 cals.
As for snacks, as others have said, fruits and stuff are the way to go. Bananas are high cal, low sodium. Cherries are low everything. Grapes are mid-cal, low sodium. Yoghurts aren't too bad, about 100 sodium for one.
I find the big sodium killer is dinner, have to be very careful about what meats etc you eat if you are watching your sodium!0 -
Frozen mixed berries with cool whip and a little cinnamon~ the fruit will thaw and cool whip melts a bit, mix it all when ready to eat and it is delicious!0
