Hey I've been trying to loss weight and its kinda hard to while going to school and having to watch a 2 year old at the same time any body help me

    Use intermittent fasting which in you can eat only 2-3 big meals in a 6-10 hour window. to keep you full until you return back home from school

    Students have a hard time carving out time to meal prep. Single parents have hardly enough time to think let alone meal plan.

    I suggest starting small like make up a big pot of chilli and divide out for the week. With the time saved with the chilli prep plan out your next day's meals. All your pre planning saves you time and money making it easier to pick healthier choices down the road.

    Take care of yourself as well as you take care of your child. Eat healthy and be well. Take your child for walks. Do exercises at the park. Dance with your child to the song "Happy."
