Hi I'm 36 and I always said I would not be 200 pounds ever... well it happened now and I have had it. I have been down this road before...but I am focusing this time. I am so happy I found this site and enjoy learning others' secrets to success and I really enjoy seeing the motivating pictures on here. You are all doing great! Can't wait to post my own successes! I have been on a diet for a week now and have been exercising on my elliptical. I want to lose around 60 lbs. Wish me luck!!

* My picture on here is a picture of my husband and I, 14 years ago, before we had our kids. I was 137 lbs. I am using it for motivation.

    Welcome, I never would have believed I would reach the 200lbs mark either but I did. I started exercising 2 months ago, two 50 minute water aerobic classes ( 10 minute break between them), twice a week. I lost 10lbs. I am glad those pounds are gone, but it took 2 months to get them off! I found this site and joined a few days ago. I am very excited and motivated now. Being able to communicate with others and knowing that I am not alone helps alot. Tracking my food and exercise is a big motivator for me. I have already started to make changes in what I eat based on the information I learned after putting it in the food tracker. I think you will do great! Especially now that you will have support from others who share your desire to succeed!
