Hey everyone!

I'm Alex and I've been at this weight loss thing for almost two years now. For the past year I've been in a huge plateau and haven't lost any weight. Currently reverse dieting a little bit to give my body a break while still tracking every bit. Really wanting to lose that last 5-10!

Looking for any advice and for friends to share my journey with. Excited to start to logging with you all!

Holy sh1t 2 years? who would wants to live that misery? You must hate yourself... Yes you were right to take the decision to reverse dieting, increase your calorie intake by 100 each week for a month or month and half then get back to losing weight, it will be much easier then once your metabolism is back to normal. Goodluck lol, I suffered from that too but I got through it by reducing carbs (Doesn't mean it will work for you, just saying it worked for me) but reverse dieting is your best choice, goodluck.

Were your tracking your calories at all over the last year? Could just be that you've been eating more than you think. Have a look through the chart and see if there is anything that sticks out. Also found myself that my unintentional diet breaks (when travelling mostly) have started my weight loss off when I've had a period of no movement on the scale.
