what looks better on a woman skinny, musled up. or look like their on steroids?
oh and how many reps sets should I do if I wanted to be musled up.

Cool goal on your profile Amanda! As a wrestling woman, you should definitely have some muscles! I think women look best when they're muscular but still have feminine curves.
I train using a progression of sorts...start with a lighter weight and do 15 reps, move up a little bit in weight then do 12 reps, then move up again a little in weight then do 8 or 10 reps, depending on how you feel. In terms of muscle mass, I'm not super bulky but I do have muscle definition.

The women that look like they're on steroids probably are. Women usually don't have enough testosterone in their body to build muscle like that naturally. Lift heavy!0 -
Agreed. But don't forget about your cardio. Plyometrics are a good type exercise to combine with weight training.0
