A definite Vent

Part of the Conversation between me and consultant
Me: How do I reduce calcification in my shoulder?
Consultant: reduce inflammation in body
Me: how do I reduce inflammation in body?
Consultant: stop dislocating shoulder
Me left feeling

    I cant prevent shoulder dislocating, it does it even in my sleep, genetic condition means it happens, and most of my joints do hence the frustration with his response, but I suppose he was giving a medical answer to my question, didnt imply I could just said that was how to reduce inflammation which causes the calcification Joys

    Have you tried taping it? I've a friend who has hypermobility and has had some luck with K Tape.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I have not tried to tape it as when I do the movement involve I dislocate the other shoulder, have only carers on some days so not asked them too, and not tested the K Tape yet to see if I can cope with the adhesive but, thank you for reminder, might invest in some next week when I get paid. :smile:
