When to start a cut ?

I have been bulking for about 4 months. When should I start cutting. I am going to a wedding on July. I want to get leaner so I can wear a nice suit.
Should I do a mini cut until July. Then begin my bulk again.

Well, generally you cut whenever you feel like doing so, or that you've reached a high body fat percentage, but though. People who are clean bulking look better in clothes and fit better, unless you're 18-20% bodyfat or above, then you need a cut, yeah. otherwise, you will look better in clothes than someone with 12% bodyfat1

My general rule is that cutting starts at the end of my current programming cycle, as soon as my abs have faded out. Calipers are wonky on me due to loose skin, and I measure at about 14% when this happens, which is likely off by a bit on the low side.0

My opinion: Outside of a few extremes, you should never cut or bulk so much that you are either too big or two small for your clothes.
With that in mind, I would start a cut now.1 -
Then yeah, I would cut.
But hey, I wish I could get over 200 lbs myself....I am at 6'1"

Try hitting around 1 - 1.5 lbs down a week.1 -

My cousins wedding is on July 5th. I dont want to get skinny fat then keep going in a cycle. Thats why I was bulking to get some muscle mass.0 -

Just keep lifting heavy, at least 3-4 times a week.
But do keep in mind, that when shedding body fat, around the waist will be the last to go.....
But I don't believe you will be "skinny fat" by July 5th
In about 8 weeks, that should put you ~15 pounds down....
So ~185 lbs.
