Weight-training program suggestions?

I've been on here since January, been logging faithfully and doing well with my daily aerobic exercise. I've lost 14 lbs so far. Many years ago I did a weight training routine and liked it, and I'm thinking about working resistance training into my days, but not sure what would work for me right now. I work full time and have a family, so don't have tons of free time. I need something that's easy to learn and follow. I have a simple padded weight bench and some light free weights (3,5, and 8 lbs sets). Can anyone recommend some good books, videos, etc. for resistance workouts?

I found this work out that I am going to start tonight to try to break through a plateau. https://bodybuilding.com/content/best-beginner-weight-training-guide-with-easy-to-follow-workout.html0

I'm starting 5x5 Stronglifts. Read and heard lots of good things. Especially good for beginners as it's pretty simple. Doesn't really apply in your case though. I'm not qualified to give advice.0
