                    Hi guys,
This is my first ever post and I just want some help/ advise on binging. I will eat like a very "well" and stick to my macros well and then bam I will fall off the wagon and eat everything in my path. I will eat even when I don't want to eat.
I really feel out of control. I need some help/advise. I have lost nearly 4 stone /56 pounds and I only have around 10 pound I want to loose. The closer to my goal I am getting the harder it is becoming!
All advise very welcome!
Thanks

In general, I think that small deficits are better for people who tend to binge. Being so close to go often means that a smaller deficit is better too. It's annoying because you think it will slow down weight loss but the truth is that it makes it easier to maintain the deficit because it can reduce the tendency to binge. It may be a good idea to seek professional counseling for the bingeing though.4

I've struggled with the same problem my whole life. It's happened only 3 times in the past year for me, which has been a great improvement. The only advice I can really give is you need to stay determined and will power your way through. Then when it does happen, you have to will power your way back to "behaving" before it starts causing serious damage.
It's not easy. I know. But all you can do is "not do it". So simple, just not easy. I find eating not a lot of sugar or refined carbs helps keep any cravings I have at bay.2

Have you considered seeing a therapist. Did you ever binge in the past?
Sometimes losing lots of weight can mess with hunger hormones.1

 I agree with @jemhh
Often people follow a binge with a period of starvation, which leads to a binge, etc etc.
It's better to just set a very small weekly weight loss goal, so your calorie limit isn't too strict, and thus you can stick to your plan for as long as it takes.1

I haven't really thought about seeing a therapist, maybe it could be pretty helpful for me as I really do struggle with eating out of control.0

Therapy is certainly a good idea, particularly because you describe feeling out of control. What is your current calorie target and do you allow yourself any treats? Just wondering if you are being too restrictive, which can contribute to the problem.0
