I don't know what to title this...

A while back I wrote a post about my goals and stuff. It's been a year or 2 since then and tbh, I think my body is getting worse.

I am a health care professional student in her early 20s. Mt activity level includes walking/jogging and the occasional home fitness sessions along with dancing (which I do a lot of). My diet is not the most terrible considering my hectic schedule. On most days breakfast is a homemade banana, strawberry smoothie with just ice and water. Lunch is popcorn. Sometime I'll have iced coffee as a substitute or a 100 caloroe bat as a snack with copious amounts of water. Dinner is always vegetables +/- salad, 2 tbsp rice, and my protein. Everything is hone cooked and I rarely go out and eat unless it's occasion.
I've had the same diet for the past couple of years and my stomach and back are my most problematic area. Unfortunately I can't get rid of my back fat and my belly is constantly distended and severely bloated.
I could be fasting the whole day, have 1 sip of water, and be satiated. My waist size has increased drastically and keeps going up . I've gone to GI specialists and they said all is fine so I really don't know what can be the cause. Any help or comments?l are greatly appreciated.

Do you log your food? Do you weigh your food? If not start there.

If that is really all that you are eating it sounds low protein and low fat. As a health care professional you should know that dietary fats are important for many metabolic and hormonal processes. You need to sit down and figure out how to actually have a lunch, not an sugary coffee and popcorn.

It doesn't sound like you're eating much at all. How many calories are you eating a day?

Back fat is generally an indication of a poorly fitted bra. Break out a measuring tape and buy a proper one.

You don't eat enough protein. You also sound like you have poor posture/core strength.

I wasn't sure if she was drunk texting or cramming for finals while trying to post. Was she actually saying that she eats carbs like that and drinks vast quantities of water like that and can be sated with a little water for a whole day?

I'm presently on a pro-biotic kick so the first thing I think of is the health of your gut biome. OP eats a lot of sugar and candida both loves sugar and messes up your health and mind. More greens and beans, less fruit, is all I suggest.

What are your stats? This sounds worryingly like eating disorder/body dismorphia territory.

I was thinking that and/or malnutrition.
