Newbie looking for friends (plus anyone else on Orlisat?)

Am 13 stone and just starting Orlisat and MFP - haven't got much clue how either work to be honest so looking for advice and inspiration from you lovely people. Hope you're all well. Thanks so much x

I really would not recommend using any of those fat blocking drugs. Side effects are horrible. I tried similar a one few years back and yes i lost a ton of weight but guess what. i put it all back on and more. It taught me nothing about healthy eating and lifestyle and how to maintain the weight loss when the drug is finished. It was also a full time job trying not to *kitten* myself in public. It was a nightmare. At 13 stone i really don't think you need to go to the extreme of using drugs to lose weight. A calorie deficit, healthy food choices and regular exercise is best imo. I hope this helps.
