Macros?

Hey! I am trying my hardest to lose weight. I was wondering if anyone could help me out with macros to know what I should please? Thank you!

I'm not a fan of the default. Work your way up to 30% protein. This is necessary for maintaining muscle mass. Fats and carbs can fall as they may. I personally have my fats at 30% and carbs at 40%.0

I believe each person has to find what it works for you, at this particular moment, in your healthy journey.
what works for me, may not work for you and vice versa
I started increasing my protein intake when I started lifting weights. By default, the other macros had to decrease.
It is your choice, your body and your journey.
