    Depending on your build, probably around 110-140 lbs (roughly). I'm just under 5"4 and currently between 120-125 lbs. Aiming for 110 as I have a small frame.

    I think BMI is a good tool for most people, and the best tool when no other information is provided.

    My goal weight is 121 - 128 pounds. I'm there.

    I think it also depends on age. I am 50 5'3" gained some winter weight everyone thinks I am thin at 145 but I am aiming for 139.

    I'm 62 years old, 5'4". At 143 now - aiming for 135. Weight loss has slowed to a crawl now though.... :(

    I am 5'3" 34yo, My goal right now is 125 (currently at 130), but I might reassess and drop my goal to 120. I still have some extra inches around my belly and hips I want to lose.

    It depends on frame and age. I am 42 years old weighing 146, I wear a size 4. 15 years ago I weighed 120lbs and wore a size 8. Therefore, I am not committing to a number on the scale. I feel strong and fit and thin, so if I lost nothing more I am good!!

    I'm shooting for 130. I was almost there a few years ago (then life happened and I got even fatter then I had been) and I was wearing mostly size 6-8 clothing, which I was quite happy with.

    I'm 5'4". I think I'm chunk at 144 but "healthy". For me, under 128 is not so healthy...just because my body fat % gets low there. This can really depend on your physique/body composition.

    I feel the best around 133

    I bounce around 125-130 (until recently been trying to recomp, but not focused). Currently working on getting down to 115-118 to see how I like it.

    I look humongous at anything over 110 and try to keep around low hundreds. Fine bones and 5'3"

    I honestly don't believe in a set number because everyone carries their weight differently. I'm 5'3 and I looked my best at 145. Anything under that made me look too sickly.

    My goal is 125-135lbs on my 5'3.5" medium frame. Scale number matters less to me than how I look and feel. 40-50 pounds to go...

    My goal is in the 130s but I don't have an end goal yet. I'm not sure what I will look like. I'm also a heavy weight lifted so I'm willing to weigh a bit more for muscles.

    It would depend on your build. Go for a lower weight in your range if you are small built and a higher weight in your range if you are more muscle or bigger built.

    I hover around 120 at 5'3. Now I focus on lean mass and body fat percentage as opposed to just "weight." I use Bod Pod at the campus Rec center to keep track. They also do VO2 max and RMR.

    I'm 5'3 my starting weight was 188 pounds, and my current weight is 153 pounds. I'm aiming to go down to 140 pounds because it's a good weight on me. After that i will transition to body recomp.

    It definitely depends on your build. I am 5'3" and 43 years old with a small, but muscular frame. Even after 4 years of heavy lifting I still look my best around 115 or so.

    5'3" and bouncing between 145 and 149. Trying to get to 125. I looked good at 138, but thanks to medicine side effects I had a massive one week gain and my stomach bloated up. Still trying though.

    5'3.5 I'd like to be at 128, but I'm very curvy all my weight sits at my hips and thighs. I'll see where I'm at whe I'm 140 and reassess every 5 pounds.

    This is me too. I got to 128 for the sole purpose of gaining weight back, with muscle. When I was 128 I thought I was still fat, but looking back at photos I was NOT. I had lost my butt and shape, and XS shirts were hanging off of me. My chest got so tiny and bony I remember bawling at the bra store because no bra would fit.

    I'm 5' 2.5", I'm aiming for 105-115, I'm 128.5 right now, SW-151, if I were to not lose anymore right now I'd be ok with that. I'm all hips, butt and thighs. I guess I'll stop when I feel just right.

    I'm 5' 3", and am currently 164. In the past this has been a really good weight for me, but now I'm aiming for 140. I am athlete.

    I'm just under 5'4 and aiming for 140 as my preliminary goal. I suspect my ideal weight is probably somewhere in the ballpark of 130ish, but I was very happy at 140 last time I weighed that.
