NSV #1!!!

Never in my life have I been able to "run" for any period of time longer than a quick sprint and that left me winded. I started the C25k program on July 11. Today was day 1 of the third week which required me to run in intervals of 1 1/2 minutes and 3 minutes. I can successfully say that my NSV today was RUNNING 3 MINUTES AT 5 MPH WITHOUT STOPPING!! I'LL BE RUNNING MY 5K IN NO TIME!

It's a great feeling isn't it? I'm up to 6 minutes at a time and it feels fantastic! Keep it up, you'll go far. Literally! Lol!!:bigsmile:0

I used to play soccer and softball but, since I started c25k I have been able to run longer and with less trouble than I have EVER in my life. It is an amazing program. I will say I have done a full week ( 6 days) Of each week to get me ready and it is worth it to take your time if you have to. Week 5 gets a little weird haha Keep it up!0
