    When I make smoothie for breakfast it's around 200 plus coffee/creamer, if not I add it to meals

    Mine varies.

    Breakfast is almost always largest in the 400-700ish range (or 900 if I eat out at my favorite place)
    Lunch and dinner are 300-450ish, usually roughly equal in calories most days.
    Snacks are another few hundred

    I stay in a range of 1600-2300 calories daily depending on exercise and hunger and lose at 0.75-1.5 pounds weekly.

    Lunch 400-600ish (unless it's my Friday lunch date with my husband; then it'll be higher)
    Dinner 400-600ish most weekdays; higher than that on Friday and Sunday
    Snacks highly variable; if a meal is higher, snacks are lower; also, I don't worry about whether to log lunch food that I don't wind up eating until midafternoon as lunch or snack; same with my morning steamed milk - don't know and don't care if it counts as breakfast or a snack

    I aim for 250 breakfast lunch dinner and snacks=1000.....if no breakfast, then i add that to dinner
