Well, my knees finally ended up hurting too much. Have had arthroscopic surgery in the past to clean then up, then injections to alleviate the pain but the arthritis finally won, I but the bullet and had the right knee replaced in Tuesday. I weighed myself in Monday and was down to 221.8. Got home on Wednesday, hopped (gingerly) on the scale Thursday and was at 331.6!!! Dang had no idea 1.5 days of hospital food would cost me 10 lbs!!!

Drink a bunch of water the next couple days to flush out whatever IV they gave you during the surgery and/ or during the stay. I pretty much guarantee its nothing you ate when you were there. I hope your knees will work for you better than before.

It's the drugs associated with surgery. The same gain will be a loss next weigh in, if you just go back to plan.

    I speak from experience.

I hope you mean 221.6, LOL.

I bloated up like a water balloon after my C-section. It actually took about two weeks for this to shift, then one day I was running for the bathroom like three times per hour, seriously. Voila.

    Feel better!
